Developed by Canada’s National Ballet School (NBS) in partnership with Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada) and Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School (RWBS), Sharing Dance provides several distinct streams of engagement for Canadians of all ages and abilities.

A new dance routine is created each year and shared online and all participants are encouraged to join together in a celebration of dance on Sharing Dance Day. This year, Sharing Dance Day 2016 will be on Friday, June 3 and we look forward to dancing with you! Register here to participate. Rehearsals will be livestreamed from NBS facilities, and available online beginning in mid-February. Sharing Dance Day events and rehearsals are springing up across the country - find out what's happening near you by visiting the communities page. More locations will be added soon – stay tuned for more details!.
