Always Changing Grades 7 & Up promotes physically active and healthy lifestyles for adolescent males and females.  Always Changing Grades 7 & Up was designed to help your students develop Fun, Active, Confident, Energetic Self-Images. 

This active learning program has been designed for students in grades seven and up: a period when most of these students are experiencing physical, emotional and social changes. The program is designed to help girls and boys at this age develop an active healthy lifestyle because we know that physical activity and exercise can apply its effects on the brain by enhancing mood, releasing endorphins and stimulating nerve tissues, which are important during this developmental stage.

What Always Changing Grades 7 & Up offers you?

A Teacher's Guide that provides curriculum based lesson plans and themed activities addressing the physical, nutritional and emotional health of adolescents as well as valuable health, hygiene and body care content.

The Always Changing Grades 7 & Up program offers a variety of supplemental activities and quizzes as well as a permission letter  to support you in implementing this program.

What Always Changing Grades 7 & Up offers your student?

The program offers a student workbook that provides guidelines to assist them in the development of active and healthy lifestyle skills. Topics include becoming physically active, developing healthy eating habits, how to care for their bodies and how to achieve a healthy body/self image.  

Always Changing Grades 7 & Up was written with, and for students to ensure the program is relevant and meaningful to them. The program materials include a Teacher's Guide, a Student Guide, and downloadable resources.

As with any school program/activity, you should consider your schools overarching protocol and guidelines concerning student safety before having students engage in any of the activities detailed in this program.
