To: Saturday, February 3, 2018 - 12:00am
Lake Louise, AB

The 2018 Ever Active Schools "Shaping the Future" Conference brings together individuals from school communities and organizations across Alberta and beyond working to achieve optimal health, wellness and ideal learning environments for all students. School health and student wellbeing is an ongoing conversation with national interest. In this spirit, we are excited to announce that 2018 will bring Shaping the Future to Lake Louise and to a National stage!

The Pan-Canadian School Health Summit will build upon other provincial and national events to continue the conversation on positive, inspiring and evidence-based initiatives occurring across Canada. Leaders in education, health, active living, research and policy will gather from across country to contribute to shared work and build a network of support for healthy school communities. Partnerships with  Physical and Health Education Canada, DASH BC from British Columbia, Saskatchewan In Motion, OPHEA from Ontario, the Joint Consortium for School Health and others affords an opportunity to amplify the importance of wellness in schools across Canada and coordinate action across provinces.
